Dear Don and Lou,

Once again -- this makes the third time -- I want to express my deep appreciation for your fine work and fine people.  The new sunroom (and home office) is a truly thrilling space.  It is a dream come true.

And every step of the way, from the early meetings with Michael to the daily chats with Ron, to the final refinements with Linda Rock (almost finished) and Debra Schechterle (at Ron's suggestion), it has been a great pleasure to do business with you.  Ron is a master chef.  Jim was pure sunshine.

Yours truly,

Andrea ~ Leverett

Dear Don, Lou, Greg, Chris, and all the folks at TCI,

We love our new house.  It is a wonderful place to live.  And we want you to know how very grateful we are for everything you did to make it happen.

In the first months of construction we were struck by what an enormously complex project it is to build a house - even a small one - and we began to recongnize what a challenging business you are in, and how rewarding it must be to make it all come together.  It has only been since the house has been finished and we have begun to live here that we have realized that your work is that, but also something more.  Most of the products that we buy or the services that we receive are mundane and transitory.  But when you build a house for a family, you are building an enduring part of their lives together - something much more than wood and drywall and paint.

Thank you.

Dear Don,

Now, twice over, ten years apart, you have not only given us a more beautiful and functional home, but you’ve brought people into our lives who have enriched them even beyond the fine work they’ve done: Chris and Brian most notably but also Greg, Sergei and Rich.  Once again you gave us a team that handled any crisis beautifully and made the whole process memorable.  Here Greg was especially important.

And how to give sufficient credit to Michael, a friend from our first project with you.  Again and again we could depend on his good sense and his unfailing wit.  We do not see why anyone should waste their time with other contractors.

But it is you we owe the ultimate thank you for having the sense or instinct to hire such people as Michael, Brian, Chris, Greg, Lou and all the fine subcontractors. You’ve enriched our lives.

With warmest regards,

Kristin and Barry  ~  Amherst

Dear Don,

To say that we are merely enjoying our new kitchen would be an understatement.  The precise execution and professional finish of every aspect of the job has given us a space that exceeds all our expectations.

As with our first project, we enjoyed becoming acquainted with the members of our crew, led by Greg.  All of them were a pleasure to know.  They were flexible and attentive to all our ideas, and they all made useful suggestions along the way.

Be assured if there is a third project we will turn to you and your firm to execute it, and will be pleased, as we were in the past, to mention to friends the esteem in which we hold TCI.

Warmly,

Susan and Peter  ~  Amherst

Dear Mr. Don Teagno:

On Saturday morning a tornado ripped the roofs off two buildings and displaced two others in the South Canal Project.  On very short notice, TCI responded to our urgent call for help.  Setting aside their plans for a summer’s day, a crew of eleven came that weekend to work long and hard in the hottest weather of the year.

The further damage that was thus prevented; the households who were thus allowed to return promptly to their homes; and the potential harm from falling debris to residents that was prevented by you and your employees’ prompt and unselfish actions deserve our warmest appreciation.  Thank you.

Sincerely,

Robert C. Biagi

Dear Donald,

Well…your team has done it again!!

I must thank you for such a terrific job on our renovation.  The work has ABSOLUTELY TRANSFORMED our house from a simple cottage in the country to what is truly a work of art.

Every detail, orchestrated by Greg with infinite patience and persistence, has been achieved to perfection.  Greg is a treasure…as I have told him…he is even far more of a perfectionist than I am!

Actually, every person I have dealt with at TCI has been great and has truly made renovation relatively painless…from Michael’s estimating to Lou’s overseeing from afar.  You have a terrific company and I sing your praises whenever I have the opportunity.

I wish you all the best and look forward to working together again.

Sincerely,

Susan  ~  Longmeadow

Dear Don:

The house is a gem and a marvel of good work.  My family and I want to thank you and your fine crew; that includes everyone—those in the office as well as those in the field—for it was always clear and pleasurable sailing working with every single one of you.

No one who comes to you to talk about building a house can know what will be involved.  I can attest to the fact that it is a Herculean undertaking.  But I can also say that working with you has left nothing but good memories.  I realize that the feats you perform are quite miraculous—leaving the likes of us so happy after leading us through so much.

Our thanks and best wishes,

Dear Don:

Beth and I would like to thank you, Lou, Greg and all the people at TCI for the wonderful job you did on our renovation.  As you know, Beth and I have been around the block when it comes to renovations.

From our point of view, trust and flexibility are critical in this sort of project, two virtues that are often at a premium when so much is at stake.  We found just those qualities at TCI.

You have a stellar reputation around the Valley and now we know why.  You gave us the organization a large company can provide, with the personalized service that one usually finds only in a small contractor.  We were amazed that in a job this size, you were able to hit all our timeframes.

Greg was so meticulous that when I presented him with a small checklist he said, “that’s yours, here’s mine” and pulled out a list that was four times as long as mine.  The point was, it wasn’t enough to make this amateur happy, but to do the job right.

Bottom line, we love the house and it was a pleasure working with all of you.

Sincerely,
