First-Floor Transformation for Indoor-Outdoor Living

TCI worked closely with the owner from preconstruction through project completion to renovate their entire first floor. The transformation features a new, custom full bath designed with a focus on creature comforts and high-end finishes.

In the kitchen, we partnered with New England Meeting House Designs to install an oversized island tailored to the owner's specific design requests. To complete the space, a large 12-foot sliding door was installed to beautifully bridge the indoor and outdoor living areas.
