DAVID tYNAN
GENERAL MANAGer / Senior Project Manager & LEAD ESTIMATOR
David serves as General Manager and Lead Estimator at TCI, overseeing operations and large-scale estimating for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. He leads value engineering and pre-construction planning to ensure financial clarity and efficient execution from start to finish.
Beginning his career as a carpenter, David has been with TCI for over 17 years. He holds a Construction Supervisor License and is known for his meticulous attention to detail, steady field leadership, and strong client relationships.
Outside of work, David enjoys time with his wife, children, coaching basketball, and hiking with his dog, Marcus.
Daniel Dones
Operations manager / Senior Project Manager & Estimator
At TCI, Dan plays a central leadership role as Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Estimator. He directs daily operations while overseeing project management, billing, and estimating for commercial and residential construction of all scales.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Dan holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and is a state-certified Lead-Safe Supervisor. He is known for steady leadership, strong stakeholder communication, and delivering projects with precision and accountability.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing fly fishing, hiking, and boating.
Regina Ciccarelli Siqueira
Director of Business Development & Pre-construction Services
With a focus on relationships and long-term growth at TCI, Regina oversees all business development initiative and non-construction operations, ensuring strong partnership and a seamless transition from initial engagement through pre-construction planning.
Regina brings over 18 years of experience in strategic planning and client management across multiple industries. Known for managing complex portfolios, driving revenue growth, and improving client retention.
In her free time, Regina enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and traveling.
Eli Thorne-Thomsen
commercial & residential supervisor/estimator
Bringing decades of hands-on experience to every build, Eli serves as Commercial and Residential Supervisor/Estimator at TCI. He joined the company in 2008 as a carpenter and has advanced through the ranks to oversee and estimate projects of all sizes across both commercial and residential sectors.
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Eli holds multiple professional licenses and certifications, including a Construction Supervisor License, Lead-Safe Supervisor certification, and ABL and AWP Mobile Equipment Operator certifications.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys spending time with his three children, road biking, and building furniture.
Kayla gonzalez
Finance & office Manager
Kayla is the Financial and Office Manager with over eight years of experience in construction accounting. She plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, overseeing financial management, administrative processes, and supporting the team behind the scenes. Kayla is committed to accuracy, organization, and helping the company maintain strong financial foundations for continued growth.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her 15-year-old daughter. Together, they love attending concerts and catching a game whenever they can—especially cheering on the Boston Celtics, their favorite team.
Sean Scully
Project Manager
Sean's interest in construction began while building his family home in Conway, MA at the age of 12. Years of carpentry and masonry followed. He attended UMass and earned a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon; blending his interests in the connections of indoor and outdoor spaces.
Sean holds a Construction Supervisor License and brings 25+ years of construction industry experience to the TCI team.
In his off hours, Sean enjoys time with his wife, plant propagation, experiments in fermentation, and time in the outdoors.
Ron Senn
Commercial & residential supervisor
Ron started in the construction industry in 1989 and has worked with TCI since 2004 having over 35 years experience as a carpenter. Ron is a construction supervisor license and lead-safe license holder. Originally trained as an artist, Ron is able to bring a refined sense of aesthetics to his work that helps our clients arrive at an excellent finish to their project.
Ron has worked as a professional rafting guide and is an avid outdoors-man. Currently he is raising two teenage girls and is interested in all of their activities, along with activities of his own such as hiking and mountain biking.
SHANNON WALLACK
Lead Carpenter
Shannon is an artist and builder based in Western Massachusetts. He has worked in the trades for over a decade, building and shaping spaces with a deep respect for craftsmanship and tradition while remaining curious about emerging technologies and evolving building practices.
Shannon approaches every project with care and responsibility, treating each home as if he and his family lived there themselves. His work is guided by the belief that buildings should be thoughtfully made, durable, and deeply connected to the people who inhabit them.
He lives in Amherst with his young family. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys walking with his wife, their son Morgan, and their dog. He maintains an active art practice in his studio and appreciates a good cup of coffee.
Jonathan tosch
Lead Carpenter
Jono started in the building trades as a handyman and house painter, before narrowing his focus to house carpentry. He holds a Lead Safe Supervisor's certification and an unrestricted Construction Supervisor's license. He has an academic background. With a Master of Fine Arts degree and a MA in English Literature, and he previously taught college-level English composition. Jono prides himself on his clear communication and his ability to connect with sub-contractors and clients.
Outside of work, Jono likes to hunt for mushrooms in the woods, develop his small farm, cook A LOT, and paint. He loves spending time with his kids and closely observing the natural world.
