Donald J. Teagno, President -

As the owner and founder of Teagno Construction, Inc., Donald has been  involved in the construction industry for over 40 years.  While attending UMass Amherst to receive his English degree and teaching certificate, he also began working life as a carpenter.  In his post college days he continued with his building career by working on remodeling and additions to homes in the Pioneer Valley, and then with his first new house in Southampton, MA.  

Over the years he has developed TCI into to what it is today, all the while instilling our core values of quality and honesty in every project.  Today he can regularly still be found working in the field, as well assuming ultimate responsibility of the operation of the company.  

Donald has continued his passion for teaching.  He is currently a certified sailing instructor, and a board member of the Amherst A Better Chance program.



Louis Gallinaro, General Manager -

Louis may very well be the first person a customer meets, attend job meetings during the project, and be the one who reviews the final invoice with them when all is complete.  He is responsible for the day to day management of all projects, billing and contracts, as well as TCI's business development. He has been with TCI for 17 years. 

Louis volunteers at the Jones Public Library ESL Program and is a certified USA Youth Ice Hockey Coach.  In his spare time he enjoys bicycling and golf.



Christopher Tarr, Architectural Designer -

Chris began working on construction sites after graduating high school and while attending college.  Shortly after graduating from Roger Williams University with a professional degree in Architecture (BArch) he began working at TCI as a full time designer and IT manager.  

His primary function is as TCI's in-house designer and is well versed in all residential design styles and techniques from colonial to contemporary / post-modern.  He works directly with clients to create custom designs for their homes, as well as working to help guide them through the design and construction process.

Chris has been employed by TCI for over 20 years and has been working with owners and designing for 15.  He currently holds a Construction Supervisor License in MA and has received certifications as a BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.



Deborah Tacy, Financial Manager / OFFICE MANAGER-

 As our Financial Manager Deb tracks all the costs associated with each project, as well as being responsible for maintaining all of our general corporate requirements, managing all of our payroll and accounting.  She has been working at TCI for over 20 years.

A 35 year native of Ashfield, MA, she returned to school at age 38 to pursue a degree in accounting and certification in tax preparation.  Deb is also a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and has had her work published in Smithsonian Magazine and displayed at their museum in Washington D.C.  Always active and learning, her most recent pursuit involves the sculpting and painting of lifelike "reborn" dolls that she sells to collectors and at craft fairs.



Ron Senn, Lead Carpenter -

Ron has over 20 years experience as a carpenter.  Originally trained as an artist, Ron is able to bring a refined sense of aesthetics to his work that helps our clients arrive at an excellent finish to their project.  

Ron has worked as a professional rafting guide and is an avid outdoors-man.  Currently he is raising two teenage girls and is interested in all of their activities.
