Downtown Amherst Mixed-Use Conversion

Teagno Construction Inc. partnered with the owners and Kuhn Riddle Architects from preconstruction through completion to convert two floors of uninhabitable space above active downtown Amherst retail into three modern, multi-bedroom apartments.

This complex adaptive reuse required precise execution to keep the businesses below running smoothly while we completed full-building structural and seismic upgrades, installed fire sprinklers throughout, and delivered a complete residential buildout.
