This project has been nothing more than a desire that seemed insurmountable to me for many years; and may never have come to fruition had it not been for the efforts of your staff and crew...

Here’s a check for the bill you sent;  I can’t send a check to reimburse you and your colleagues and workers for the more-than-professional concern, the care and attention, and the creative imagination you all brought to the project.
